Shilong PIAO is Cheung Kong Professor of Peking University. His current research focuses on the data-model integration to improve our ability for predicting terrestrial ecosystem responses to global change. He is the subject editor of Global Change Biology, and also serves on the editorial board of Agricultural and Forest Meteorology and several other international journals. He has published over 200 papers in peer-reviewed international journals, including 20 papers in highly prestigious journals such as Nature, Science, and Proceedings of the National Academy of Science. His work has been cited over 12,000 times, according to ISI web of knowledge.
