KAN Haidong is the Associate Dean of the School of Public Health and a professor at Fudan University. Kan is a member of the China National Advisory Committee of Environment and Health. He is also an associate editor of Environmental Health Perspectives and the International Journal of Epidemiology. His research investigates how ambient air pollution and global climate change affect human health.
Kan received his PhD degree from Fudan University in 2003. He completed his postdoctoral training at the National Institute of Environmental Health Science in the United States.
